As a grandmother, when Gabrielle came for her summer visits, I baked gourmet zucchini pies and gourmet coconut cakes that could weigh 20 spongy mouth-watering pounds, and she loved them.

Hi everyone,
Bennie and I baked treats for Gabrielle and ourselves during Gabrielle’s visits with us.
Each summer, Bennie and I baked gourmet zucchini pies, and one summer we baked nineteen for Gabrielle to enjoy, during the four weeks she visited. And I always baked one or two gourmet coconut cakes because she did not ever seem to get enough of it, even eating slices between meals.
It was a delight for Bennie and me to bake special desserts and make dishes for our Granddaughter Gabrielle.
